Reservation Rules

You can cancel an offer up two hours before the start time.

Checking in to the offer is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in a no-show, and you will lose your credit.

Reservations are for you alone; they are not transferable and cannot be shared.

Events, salon, spa, dental, and similar treatment bookings are final and cannot be canceled.
